Project follow-up
1. Reception and administration
– Exhibition staff: welcoming visitors
– General administration of the foundation: space management, payment tracking, etc.
– Updating communication and mailing tools (website, facebook, instagram, newsletter, diaries, etc.)
2. Coordination of artistic projects
– Researching artists for exhibitions and collaborations – Writing texts in FR, ENG
– Contact with artists, galleries, collectors and institutions
– Monitoring new productions
– Organisation of transport and insurance.
– Follow-up of publications, in collaboration with the graphic designers
– Welcoming journalists
3. Managing the collection
– Digitisation and filing of collection archives; certificates, invoices, etc. – Management of loans, insurance,
– Research on artists
– Contact with galleries
Profile required:
- Good knowledge of contemporary art, in particular the minimal and conceptual art movements
- Knowledge of architecture and design is a plus
- Good level of spoken and written English, second foreign language appreciated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good stress management, rigour and precision
- Ability to work independently and report regularly
- Diploma (required): min. 3 years higher education
- Experience in the contemporary art sector appreciated.
- Remuneration: statutory hourly rate in force
