Fondation CAB Brussels is pleased to invite you to the open studio of its 31th artist-in-residence, Gwendolyn Lootens (b. 1981, Gent, Belgium).
Gwendolyn Lootens’ work is based on the intuitive action and ongoing process of drawing, through “moments” on paper, “moments in motion” on video and “situations” in public space. For her open studio, Gwendolyn Lootens will make a spatial installation with drawings and multiple video screens, also showing new works she made during her residency at Fondation CAB. She will also do a situation in the kitchen at 4 pm.
