Double King Room
A demountable house, 6 x 6 m, 1944 by architect and designer Jean Prouvé (1901-1984), has been adapted into a bedroom with furniture signed Prouvé, while respecting its original structure. Attached to the house, a bathroom in the spirit of the original design was designed by architect Charles Zana. A unique experience for lovers of architecture and design of the 50s.
Spending a night in the Prouvé house of Fondation CAB is a real experience and a incomparable leap into the past. As the road is not far away, we have planned a pair of earplugs for sensitive ears.
The fondation has a café-restaurant, SOL. Breakfast not included, served à la carte. During low season (from November to February the restaurant is closed, breakfasts must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance)
Please note that the arrival is autonomous. Staff is present at the Foundation’s reception between 10am and 6pm.
